  • MSD and CRDB Exchange Experiences

    In a move to enhance customer service skills, the Medical Depot (MSD) staff of the Supply Directorate working in the Customer Service Department have visited the CRDB Bank Headquarters in Dar es Salaam.

    The aim of the visit is to exchange experiences and learn how the Bank provides services to its customers and how it can manage and resolve customer complaints.

  • MSD Participates in Social Activities and Visits Its Customers, Celebrating 30 Years of Operation Since Its Inception

    During the 2024 Customer Service Week, which coincided with MSD's 30th anniversary celebrations, a total of 18 customers were visited across all MSD zones and discussed various issues to improve the services provided by MSD as well as customer relations and collaboration.

  • Coast Regional Chief Medical Officer, Commends the Collaboration Between MSD and Its Customers.

    The Dar es Salaam Medical Distribution (MSD) Zone has organized a working session with its stakeholders in the Coast region held in the Coast Region - Kabaha District at the Mwalimu Nyerere College to discuss together how to improve the availability of health products.

    Speaking at the session, the Coast Regional Chief Medical Officer Dr. Urio Kusirye said that the working sessions are important as they contribute to ensuring that health services within the Coast Region are sustainable and good.

  • Members of the MSD Workers' Council Visit Tarangire National Park

    Members of the Medical Depot (MSD) Staff Council have visited Tarangire National Park with the aim of seeing the various attractions available in the park which is located within the Manyara region.

    The visit has come to increase the enthusiasm and encourage various visitors and staff to visit our tourist attractions in the country, as a support for the efforts of the Sixth Phase Government, under President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, in promoting tourism in the country.

  • Minister of Health Hon. Jenista Mhagama, commends MSD for purchasing medical equipment for mothers and children

    The Minister of Health, Hon. Jenista Mhagama, has commended the Medicines Depot (MSD) for continuing to ensure that it purchases essential equipment needed to help save the lives of premature babies.

    Minister Mhagama said this today while handing over special medical equipment to help children with breathing problems, which she handed over to the Regional Chief Medical Officer of Dar Es Salaam Dr. Mohammed Mang'una on behalf of all General Medical Officers in the country.
