  • MSD Commended for Operational Changes and Improvements Over 30 Years

    Shinyanga Municipal Council Chief Medical Officer Dr. Elisha Robert Ndaki has commended the Medicines Dispensary (MSD) for improving customer service, along with the timely availability of health products, which has enabled the reduction of customer and citizen complaints in general.

    Dr. Ndaki made the commendation today, 21/11/2024, in front of the Member of the MSD Board of Trustees, Mr. Ally Seleman, when a delegation from MSD visited the Kambarage Health Center in Shinyanga Municipality.

  • MSD WINS THREE BEST EMPLOYER AWARDS 2024

    The Pharmaceuticals Depot (MSD) has won three awards for Best Employer in 2024 through the awards presented by the Tanzania Employers Association (ATE).

    In the awards presented by the Deputy Prime Minister Hon. Dotto Biteko, MSD has emerged victorious in three awards which include the Club of Ten best performers, the first runner up for an institution that provides employment opportunities (First runner up job creation and the second runner up Public Sector).

  • Dodoma Region Plans to Improve Access to Health Products

    MSD Dodoma Zone Manager Ms. Mwanashehe Jumaa has requested the leadership of the Dodoma Regional Health Management Team (RHMT) to coordinate and manage the submission of requests for health service delivery facilities on time and the payment of debts, so that MSD can continue to provide services effectively and on time.

  • Medical Depot (MSD) Promotes Collaboration with the University of Dodoma (UDOM)

    The Medical Device (MSD) has met with a delegation from the University of Dodoma (UDOM) with the aim of establishing a working partnership in the fields of Research, Innovation, Technology, IT, Business and Finance. The partnership meeting was held at the MSD Headquarters in Keko, Dar es Salaam, bringing together various officials from these institutions.

  • MSD Board of Trustees Delegation Visits Simiyu Regional Hospitals

    MSD Board of Trustees Member Mr. Ally Seleman, accompanied by the Acting Manager of Planning, Evaluation and Monitoring today on 20/11/24, visited the MSD Mwanza Zone and saw for themselves how the Zone is carrying out its responsibilities, as part of the 30th anniversary celebrations since the establishment of MSD.

    Through the visit, Mr. Selemani received a report on the performance of the Zone, in line with the various plans that the Zone has set for itself to ensure that it improves its services.
