  • Kongwa District Commissioner Gives Opinion - Use of Nets

    Kongwa.

    Kongwa District Commissioner Hon. Remidius M. Emmanuel has urged all residents and parents in the district to make good use of the government-provided mosquito nets for their intended purpose, so that the government's mission to combat malaria can be achieved.

    Hon. Remidius made the statement today while officially launching the mosquito net distribution exercise in schools in the district, which is being carried out by the Medical Supply Company (MSD).

  • MSD Peer Educators Educated

    Dar es Salaam

    Peer Educators who are Medical Depot (MSD) employees are being trained to protect themselves from HIV infection and non-communicable diseases.

    The three-day training involves peer educators from all MSD Zones and Departments, who will be educators of other employees.

    The MSD policy on protecting employees against HIV and non-communicable diseases states that each MSD Zone and Department is required to have a peer educator so that they can help other employees on how to protect themselves from HIV and non-communicable diseases.

  • New MSD Employees Receive Systems Training

    New MSD employees have been trained on how to use MSD's operational systems to enable them to carry out their duties.

    The training, which is being held at MSD Keko in Dar es Salaam, is ten days long and covers all the systems that the employees will use in providing services to customers and various stakeholders of MSD.

  • MSD Drivers Build Capacity

    MSD employees in the Driver cadre have continued to be empowered through various training courses organized by institutions, such as defensive driving, road signs, vehicle inspections, road safety laws, cargo loading and the best way to drive large vehicles that pull tella (trucks and trailers) to increase productivity in their work and the institution in general.

    The 10-day training involved theory and practice and was provided by experts from the Veta Technical College, located in Morogoro Region.

  • MSD Kilimanjaro Discusses Methods to Improve Customer Relationships and Services

    ARUSHA.

    MSD Kilimanjaro Zone has met with its customers who receive services from the Zone, who are from the regions of Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Manyara, with the aim of discussing various issues affecting those parties, with the aim of improving the services they provide to the citizens.

    The one-day meeting was held in Arusha Region with the aim of building a good relationship between MSD Kilimanjaro Zone and all its customers served by the Zone.
