  • MSD and Dar es Salaam Regional Health Stakeholders Encouraged to Collaborate

    The Dar es Salaam Regional Administrative Secretary, Ms. Rehema Madenge, has urged health stakeholders in the region to work closely with the Medical Supply Department (MSD) to improve services and resolve various challenges facing the health supply chain in the region.

    Ms. Madenge made the statement today, while opening a working session between the Medical Supply Department (MSD), Dar es Salaam Zone and its health stakeholders in the region, who met to discuss the best way to improve the health supply chain, services and relations between the two parties.

  • Global Fund CEO - Visits MSD

    Dar es Salaam.

    The CEO of the Global Fund for Development, Mr. Peter Sands, has visited the Medicines Depot (MSD) and observed how MSD carries out its responsibilities.

    During the visit, the CEO had the opportunity to visit the MSD-owned health product storage warehouses located in Keko, Dar es Salaam.

    Mr. Sands promised that the fund will continue to enable MSD to enhance access to health products, especially for Msonge projects, while commending MSD for successfully distributing mosquito nets in the country.

  • Singida Regional Administrative Secretary, Gives a Thumbs Up to Health Workers

    Singida Regional Administrative Secretary Dr. Fatma Mganga has advised MSD and other health professionals including Regional and District Chief Medical Officers to ensure that they improve services in their areas, including access to health products, in order to serve the citizens fully.

    Dr. Mganga made the recommendation today, while opening a working session between MSD and its stakeholders, held in Singida Region.

  • MSD Commended for Initiating Meetings with Its Stakeholders

    Dodoma.

    Dodoma Regional Administrative Secretary Hon. Ally Senga Gugu, has commended the Dodoma Regional Medicines Dispensary (MSD) for meeting with its stakeholders and discussing various issues related to the health product supply chain, which affect both parties with the aim of improving services and bringing productivity to the citizens.

  • Hon. Queen Sendiga Congratulates MSD

    Rukwa.

    The Rukwa Regional Commissioner, Hon. Queen Sendiga, is pleased with MSD services in the Region and said that currently health services, especially the availability of medicines and medical equipment, have improved significantly.

    Hon. Sendiga added that the services and relationship between MSD and the Rukwa Regional Leadership have improved and that various problems that existed before, such as the shortage of health products, have now been largely resolved.
