Nabila Hemed is a seasoned strategic leader and public health expert with a distinguished career dedicated to strengthening health supply chain systems across national and regional levels. She currently serves on the Executive Management Team as Manager of the Strategic Management Office at MSD, where she leads the formulation and oversight of long-term strategic and operational plans, spearheads the implementation of new business units, and directs organizational risk management.

Nabila's professional trajectory reflects an unwavering commitment to rigorous strategic thinking and market-driven growth. In her previous role as Manager of Regional Markets and Global Initiatives at MSD, she leveraged in-depth market analysis to advance organizational expansion and cultivate high-impact partnerships across borders. Her ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy has established her as a trusted authority in both institutional planning and operational execution.

A defining strength of Nabila's leadership is her capacity to bridge high-level policy with field-level implementation — a skill sharpened during her tenure as Demand Planning Team Leader with the USAID-funded GHSC TA-TZ program. In that role, she successfully navigated multifaceted stakeholder environments, aligning donor mandates with national health priorities to reinforce supply chain infrastructure at scale.
