Tabora SBU was establishedon 1997 and servestwenty-one (21) councils in three regions:Tabora, Katavi, andKigoma.It is located in Tabora Municipal, Tabora region. The SBU serves 769 Health Facilities, ranging from Dispensaries to Referral Hospitals. These facilities include Government facilities and Faith-Based Organizations. Some of these facilities receive funds from the government on quarterly disbursements through MSD accounts, while others use their own sources to procure health commodities from MSD. Tabora SBU has forty-one (41) staff.

Mbeya zone, one of 10 MSD zones, was established in 1998 as a Sales Point center serving two regions, Mbeya and Rukwa, with almost 240 health facilities within the Regions. In the year 2000, the sales point was upgraded to a Zonal office with more authority in executing its operations; the zone is located in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania and currently serves three regions: Mbeya, Rukwa, and Songwe, as well as the Makete district of Njombe region for logistical reasons.

Established in 1994, the Mtwara Zone serves two regions, Mtwara and Lindi, as well as Tunduru District in the Ruvuma Region. The zone serves 664 customers across 16 councils—nine in Mtwara, six in Lindi, and one in Tunduru.

Kilimanjaro zone was established in 1998 and is located in the Northern part of the country. Kilimanjaro zone serves three regions: Arusha, Kilimanjaro, and Manyara. This zone serves three (3) regions with seventeen (19)councils, with a population of 6.110 million people (census statistics of 2022), Arusha, a population size of 1.356 million, Kilimanjaro, 1.861 million, and Manyara, 1.892 million. Kilimanjaro zone serves a total of 860 Public Health Facilities. These facilities include Government facilities and Faith-based Organizations.
