A delegation from the Mozambique Medicines and Equipments Authority (ANARME) today visited MSD Headquarters with the aim of learning and exchanging experiences.

The Mozambique delegation visited MSD's health product storage warehouses as well as the mask production factory and the KPI tablet production factory.

The delegation was impressed by MSD's move to increase its role in producing health products which significantly helps reduce the costs of importing these products.

In addition, among other things, the delegation met with the Directorates of Supply and IT and obtained information on how various systems work in the supply chain and promised to emulate the best practices as soon as they return to their country.

In another step, the delegation had the opportunity to visit MSD's clients, which are the Orthopedic Hospital, MOI and the Heart Institute (JKCI), with the aim of learning how these institutions operate.
