MSD, has been awarded the Award of Service Excellence in Pharmaceutical Sector through the annual Tanzania Service Excellence Award 2024, organized by the Charted Institute of Customer Service (CICM). The awards were presented yesterday by the institution at a special ceremony held at the Holiday In Hall, in Dar es Salaam.

Speaking immediately after receiving the award, MSD Acting Customer Service Manager Gendi Machumani said that receiving the award for providing excellent service in the health sector shows how much the community values the excellent services provided by MSD. This step demonstrates major institutional changes under the Director General Mavere Tukai, where the institution has been able to work effectively and achieve the goals of ensuring that we improve the supply chain of health products in the country.

He added that this award makes them continue to be responsible for efficiency and ensuring that the health of Tanzanians is protected by delivering quality, affordable and timely health products.
