New MSD Employees Receive Systems Training

New MSD employees have been trained on how to use MSD's operational systems to enable them to carry out their duties.

The training, which is being held at MSD Keko in Dar es Salaam, is ten days long and covers all the systems that the employees will use in providing services to customers and various stakeholders of MSD.

Speaking at the training, the training trainer Emmanuel Mnzava, who is the Principal IT Officer of MSD, said that every employee who is hired or transferred to MSD should receive training on how to use various operational systems that will enable him or her to provide services effectively.

Mnzava added that systems are the main tool that enables MSD to conduct its daily activities including serving customers and its stakeholders, as well as storing institutional records.
