Singida Regional Administrative Secretary, Gives a Thumbs Up to Health Workers
Singida.
Singida Regional Administrative Secretary Dr. Fatma Mganga has advised MSD and other health professionals including Regional and District Chief Medical Officers to ensure that they improve services in their areas, including access to health products, in order to serve the citizens fully.
Dr. Mganga made the recommendation today, while opening a working session between MSD and its stakeholders, held in Singida Region.
She added that the Sixth Phase government has built many new health service centers in the country and upgraded them, so the main task for MSD is to ensure that health products needed at those centers are available on time and health services are provided to the citizens.
For her part, Singida Regional Chief Medical Officer Dr. Victoria Ludovick, has commended MSD for improving the availability of health products in the Region, which has currently reached 88%.
However, she has urged MSD to continue improving this availability so that it doubles, for example the availability of medical equipment.
And the MSD Dodoma Zone Manager, Mr. John Sipendi, thanked the stakeholders for the invitation, while emphasizing the importance of open discussions to find solutions to various challenges and ultimately come up with resolutions that will help improve services for both parties.
