A three-day training for medical device engineers and laboratory experts in the country concluded today in Morogoro region.

The training, which was held simultaneously in five regions for experts from across the country, aimed to train experts in the installation, use and maintenance of laboratory machines and equipment distributed by MSD.

Closing the training on behalf of the Director General of MSD, Acting Director of Supply and Operations Mr. William Singano said that the training is important for medical device engineers and laboratory experts as it enables the users to afford to use, maintain and repair them.

Mr. Singano has urged the Government to improve health services by facilitating modern machines and equipment throughout the country. The training was given in the regions of Tabora, Morogoro, Mbeya, Kilimanjaro and Mwanza where experts from all other regions joined together to receive the training.
