MSD and CRDB Exchange Experiences
In a move to enhance customer service skills, the Medical Depot (MSD) staff of the Supply Directorate working in the Customer Service Department have visited the CRDB Bank Headquarters in Dar es Salaam.
The aim of the visit is to exchange experiences and learn how the Bank provides services to its customers and how it can manage and resolve customer complaints.
Speaking at the training, the Head of CRDB Customer Service, Yolanda Urio, said, today we have welcomed MSD here and what we want them to understand is that providing services is not only our responsibility but also our passion. At CRDB Bank, we consider every conversation an opportunity to increase expectations and economic relations.
For her part, the MSD Customer Service Manager, Dr. Pamella Sawa, said that MSD is currently on a strategy to improve its Customer Service Department in line with MSD's plan to operate commercially.
MSD now serves over 8,500 customers across the country so we need the right ways to serve all those customers to ensure they enjoy MSD services. “Among other things, this visit will improve relations between CRDB and MSD added Dr. Sawa.
