MSD Kilimanjaro Discusses Methods to Improve Customer Relationships and Services

MSD Kilimanjaro Zone has met with its customers who receive services from the Zone, who are from the regions of Arusha, Kilimanjaro and Manyara, with the aim of discussing various issues affecting those parties, with the aim of improving the services they provide to the citizens.

The one-day meeting was held in Arusha Region with the aim of building a good relationship between MSD Kilimanjaro Zone and all its customers served by the Zone.

Opening the meeting, the Acting Regional Chief Medical Officer of Arusha, Ms. Vones Uisso, said that the meeting will enable MSD to receive feedback and advice that will contribute to improving the services they provide to its customers.

She added that this meeting will enable MSD to discuss a better way to work together with its customers so that each one can fulfill their responsibility to serve the citizen.

For her part, the Kilimanjaro Zone Manager, Ms. Rehema Shelukindo, said that this customer meeting will maintain unity, which will continue to enable them to serve the citizens on time.

He added that the meeting will enable us to receive and work on improvements that customers submit.
