Members of the Czech Health Products Manufacturing Association (CZHMA) who are on a visit to Tanzania have visited the Medical Devices Depot (MSD) and outlined various areas where they can collaborate with Tanzania, especially in the area of ​​health products.

The delegates, who were accompanied by the Tanzanian Ambassador to Germany, who is also responsible for the Czech Republic, Dr. Abdallah Possi, have explained that their visit to Tanzania also aims to strengthen diplomatic relations and look at areas of cooperation in the area of ​​health products, including medicines, medical devices and laboratory reagents.

According to the President of the Association, Petr Foit, a large number of industries in their country are focused on producing health products, so it is good for them to know what types of products Tanzania needs in order to be able to collaborate in that.

The visit has also shown an interest in providing Tanzania with products to protect against epidemics including Ebola, where the Ministry of Health through MSD will sit down and identify these needs, and submit them to the President of the Manufacturers' Association to make arrangements to obtain the products they have.
